Three Ways Big Data
Can Improve Training
Many experts agree that "big data" will change the way organizations
manage their workforce; in particular, in how they recruit, retain and
develop top talent.
A few key drivers that can be used to drive continuous improvement
in an organization's ongoing training programs are:
1. To improve learning among young learners, invest in self-study
modules and high quality courseware.
2. Learners recommend effective training; hence training that is not
recommended should be revised or retired.
3. For training to lead to performance and future results, it should be
tailored to the educational level of the audience.
