"Content-wise, access-wise, eCornell courses are as good, if not better, than the in-person experience," Mark Delisi, Director of Corporate Responsibility at Computer Sciences Corp., says. "Te courses clearly add value; they're helping our executives and senior-level people do their jobs better." For learning and development executives, RedShif provides a highly scalable and sustainable solution for building organizational expertise from within. Each annual license includes: >> Unlimited, online course access >> Project-based assignments >> Unlimited access to experts for feedback >> Ability to earn unlimited Cornell University certifcates and badges >> Access to 45 courses and 200+ topics on leadership, marketing, strategy, sales, and project execution >> Peer-to-peer reviews, discussion, and knowledge sharing >> 100% hosted, SaaS environment >> User and administrative reporting >> Learning Management System (LMS) integration via SCORM >> Single Sign-on (SSO) via SAML Te launch of RedShif from eCornell also provides a much sought-afer alternative to MOOCs — massive open online courses — that flls a gap in the online corporate learning world by leveraging a one-on-one level of interaction between student and mentor while leveraging MBA-level content from Cornell University.
