To answer that question, we need to take you through the three stages we use in the surveying and datacollection process. Tose stages include the Aberdeen Group's "Best-in-Class" surveying process and determination; the Learn48 December 2012 /January 2013 Elearning! ing! 100 Award Application survey process; and then give you a glimpse of the fnal stage which is the fnal review and evaluation of the learning submissions and surveyed data. When all that is done, we sort the submissions into fve award categories: learning strategy, learning innovation/technology, learning culture, learning collaboration and learning implementation. Scoring rubrics, along with the strength, creativity and business results of the learning solution profered in the application, help our review panel sort the fnalists into the fnal rankings.
