Media Group, Dr. Christopher Hardy, Defense Acquisition University and Tricia Ross, The Juilliard School This panel discussion will introduce the attendees to two of the top learning organizations in the world, both of whom have done some pretty amazing things in the innovation space. This panel will discuss innovations that have bridged across endeavors once thought un-teachable by e-learning paradigms; how they've collaborated with other departments and entities; the lessons learned in their programs; how their culture impacted their outcomes; and how their programs helped them align their initiatives to the overall strategy and goals of their enterprises. This panel will be made up of Defense Acquisition University's Dr. Christopher Hardy, and Tricia Ross, who has been invited from The Juilliard School and is their Vice President. Two very different constituents, but two very innovative programs to share with our attendees. Media Group, Judy Whitcomb & Vi, Veronica Zaman, Scripps Health Creating a healthy learning culture is an enterprise wide pursuit. We are very fortunate to have three panelists join us from the medical and health sector to discuss how they've achieved such great learning cultures. Judy Whitcomb is Vice President of Human Resources, Learning & Organizational Development at Vi, and she will be joined by Veronica Zaman, Corporate Vice President, Human Resources and Learning at Scripps Health; and Derek Cunard, Dean of American Heart University, American Heart Association. All three are top leaders in their space, and all three have had an amazing impact on their organizations' culture with learning programs. The panelists will cover a wide range of topics on how a great learning culture is developed; how their culture impacted their outcomes; as well as lessons learned at their organizations.
